MEET THE TEAM
Flavor Fusion Catering is owned by local Chef Rose (Losie) Holcomb.
She has had a passion for food since
she was a child, and she learned a lot of Asian styles of cooking and techniques from her mother, a native of Thailand.
She decided to turn her
passion for food into a career
and attended culinary school,
graduating among the top of her class.
From there, she has worked various positions such as breakfast cook, sous chef, and kitchen manager at local venues. She has worked at events ranging from intimate dinners to events of up to hundreds of attendees. These include weddings, graduations, fundraisers, funerals, private celebrations, and more.

She's a self proclaimed foodie!
Her devotion to food and cooking extends beyond being on the job.
During her off time, she loves hosting in-home dinner parties for friends and family.
She also volunteers her services for local events.
2018 will be her 9th year volunteering for the Wallace Christmas Fund here in the Silver Valley, where proceeds help families in need during the holiday season.
